Warranty Duration:

Your solar panels and inverters are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for 25 yearsfrom the date of installation. This installation date is determined by the Utility Company’sWide Permission To Operate or PTO.

Solar Module Warranty:

Hanwha QCell*** modules come standard with an; Inclusive 25-year product warranty and a 25-year linear performance warranty. At least 98% of nominal power during the first year. Thereafter max. 0.5% degradation per year. At least 93.5% of nominal power up to 10 years. At least 86% of nominal power up to 25 years

Inverter Warranty:

Enphase IQ*** products warranty is; 25 years commencing on the earlier of (i) the date the Covered Product is registered with Enphase, or (ii) the date the Covered Product is activated** at the Original Location. (such applicable date is referred to as the “Warranty Activation Date”).


There are many options available when it comes to a solar installation that may or may not have been included in your project such as Monitoring, Rodent Barrier, Skirting, and Battery backup to name a few. * -The warranty of your system is not dependent on any options being installed or any registration. Serial Numbers of products are/may be required for a claim, however, these will be obtained after/during troubleshooting once we have determined a warranty claim is needed.

**-A Covered Product is considered “activated” when the solar system has received “permission to operate” / “PTO” from the authorities having jurisdiction.

***-Redline reserves the right to exchange products and product designs based on availability or product-related issues, with equal or greater quality tier products.

Customer Responsibility:

To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask you to notify us in writing within 15 days from the moment you detect any issues with your solar panels or inverters. Periods in which we were not notified are considered void of guarantees and/or warranties
